Can you help me find the right air cooler? Please suggest a cooler.

Click on one of the “All category” button on Home page and navigate to the filters tab to ‘Personal Cooler’ / ‘Tower Cooler’ / ‘Desert Cooler’ / ‘Large Cooler’ / ‘Hi-Tech Cooler’ / ‘Tower Fan’
Alternatively, you may also click on the ‘Let’s Chat’ button at bottom left of the page and go to ‘Explore Products’ menu to find coolers based on your requirements.

For your reference:
Personal cooler –
• Used for cooling of small / medium size rooms (upto 200 sq. ft.)
• Typical tank capacity is upto 40L
• Can be used in Hot & Dry / Hot & Humid weather conditions
• Have both, Fan / Blower for cooling

Tower cooler –
• Similar usage as personal coolers, but they are slimmer, sleek and have high aesthetic value
• Occupy less space
• Highly portable require lesser maintenance
• Used for cooling of small / medium size rooms (upto 200 sq. ft.)
• Can be used in Hot & Dry / Hot & Humid weather conditions
• Have blower for cooling

Desert cooler –
• Used for cooling of medium / large size rooms or outdoor spaces (above 200 sq.ft.)
• Mostly used in Hot & dry weather conditions
• Have a fan for cooling
• Typical tank capacity can be upto 120L

How can I place an order?

To place an order, click “Buy now” option on the product details page. On clicking “Buy now”, you will be redirected to check out page.

Alternatively, click on “Add to Cart” button. On clicking the button, a pop up will display from the top, showing your ‘Cart Subtotal’ and a ‘Checkout’ button, which will redirect you to check out page.

On the checkout page, enter your shipping address details. Please ensure that you enter your correct 10-digit phone number, email address, billing and shipping address and pin code to ensure quick delivery. If you put an incomplete undeliverable address, we may cancel it from our side.

At the checkout page, there is a “Continue to Shipping” button. On clicking the button, you will be redirected to Shipping page.

On the shipping page, click on “Continue to payment” option which will redirect you to payments page. Choose your preferred mode of payment, select the billing address (Select the billing address that matches your card or payment method.) & Click on “Complete order” Button to place the order.

Can I order using my GST number?

Yes, you can order using your GST number. Please ensure to enter the correct GST number on checkout page. If you have not entered a valid GST number or left it blank while ordering, we won’t be able to change the invoice or provide a new GST invoice.

Please note that: “If the GST details are not entered at the time of checkout, an invoice without these details will be generated and cannot be changed later”

I am unable to login

To login in your account, go to Account section > click on create account > enter your full name, registered email address and password. Click on create, you will receive an account activation link mail on your email account. Click on the activation link and login to your account to check your order details.

If you are a new customer, Go to Account option on top right-hand corner & first create an account by clicking on create an account button. After clicking on create an account option, enter your full name, registered email address and password. Click on create, you will receive an account activation link mail on your email account. Click on the activation link and then login.

If you have forgotten your password, click on forgot password button and enter the email id where we will send you an email to reset your password.

Login can also be done by clicking on the Facebook, Google, Twitter, Amazon symbols. Your Facebook, Google, Twitter, Amazon account credentials will be used for login.

How can I edit my account information?

After logging in to your account, To edit your account information, go to “My Account” section after which you shall be redirected to the My Accounts Page. Click on the blue Edit button on this page to edit your account information.

For logging in, use your registered email ID and password. If you are a new customer, Go to Account option on top right-hand corner & first create an account by clicking on create an account button & then login. If you have forgotten your password, click on forgot password button and enter the email id where we will send you an email to reset your password. I am not able to apply discount coupon code

To enter the discount coupon code, use the same coupon code displayed on the website with no spelling error or extra space. Once entered, you will see the discounted price.

Please note: Once product is ordered, we cannot update the order with discount code later.

The cooler I want, is not available

Our products are in heavy demand due to which they have gone out of stock. We are continuously trying to get your preferred products back in stock. Meanwhile, we suggest you look at other products in stock with similar features and performance.

Shipping and Delivery


Is my pincode serviceable?

On each products page, you can enter your pin code to check its availability. If the pin code is not available, check by entering a nearby pin code with correct address.

How long will the delivery take?

It’s quick! We ensure to deliver all our orders in fastest time possible. The delivery time depends on your address, and it may vary between 5-9 working days.  

Where is my Order?

You can track your order once it is shipped out. To track your current order, go to track order in the menu tab. Using your order id and registered email address, you can track your order.

Will all the products be delivered together?

Normally, the products are delivered together. However, sometimes few products of an order may get delivered first and remaining gets delivered as early as possible.

How do I connect in case my order didn’t deliver?

In such cases, customer can call the Customer support number 7935235235 between Monday to Saturday 9 am to 7 pm. Our Customer Support team will guide you.

What are the shipping charges?

All orders are shipped free of cost.

Would I be notified before delivery?

Yes. You will get a verification call from the courier partner before the delivery. Once, you confirm the order, your product will be delivered.

Please note: It’s a heavy shipment product, a verification call is required to know your convenience.

What if I miss my delivery?

We understand that you might not be available at the time of delivery. In case, delivery is missed 1st time, we shall make 3 separate delivery attempts on 3 consecutive days after the 1st time delivery fail date. Each time delivery is attempted, you shall receive a verification call to verify if you are available. 

Can I change my delivery address or mobile phone number after the order has been placed?

Sorry, this is not possible as the system would have sent your contact details and address to our warehouse to ship your product. But we never say no! You can cancel your order before it is being picked up and reorder with your correct and updated details. 

Why is the Cash on Delivery not offered on my order?

We offer COD option on order value below INR 15000. Order value above the amount is not available for COD. 

I need an invoice copy for my order placed on Symphony website. How do I get it?

You can download your invoice from “My Account” section. Login to your Account > Go to Account section > Click on Orders > Download invoice. 

The package I received was damaged.

If your cooler is not cooling as expected or any spare part is missing , please call 07935235235 or 9510976161 and register your complaint. You will receive a contact number of your area service in charge. He will schedule an engineer visit for solving your issues.

In case any part of your cooler is damaged, has manufacturing defect, you can apply for replacement. Go to Login > My Account > My Order > Replacement.

Please Note: The Replacement Button will be available for 10 days from the date, the product is delivered. Once you click on the replacement, our delivery person will come to pick up the damaged product. Once the damaged product is delivered to our warehouse, we will dispatch a new product of the same model to your shipping address.  

Spare parts missing?

In such cases, please call the Customer support number 07935235235 or 9510976161 and register your complaint, Our Customer Support team will suggest the next course of action. 

Cancellation


Till when can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please login to your account, go to account section, click on My Orders, and tap on cancel button. You can cancel the order before it is dispatched for delivery. Once your order is dispatched, the cancel button will not be visible. To know more about cancellation policy, click here

How long does it take to refund the amount?

If you have cancelled the order, the refund will be generated within 7 - 8 business days in the original mode of payment.

If the product is refused at the doorstep, the refund will be generated within 7 - 8 approx. business days after the product reaches the point of origin. For more info about refund policy, click here

Does Symphony assure of complete refund against order cancellation?

Absolutely yes. You will surely receive your refund.

Payment


Can I pay through online banking / Credit-Debit Card /Cash on Delivery / UPI?

Yes. Customer can pay through all listed options on the website 'shop.symphonylimited.com'

Will I get payment confirmation of Prepaid Order?

No. The customer will not get any confirmation from Symphony website. Customers will get a payment confirmation message from their respective banks.

Is EMI Option Available for Payment?

Yes. At present EMI option is available through the selected credit/debit cards and Bajaj Finserv No Cost EMI. Customers can choose prepaid option on checkout page and select the No Cost EMI on payment gateway page.

Returns and Refund


How can I initiate for an order replacement?

In case any part of your cooler is damaged, has manufacturing defect, you can apply for replacement. Go to Login > My Account > My Order > Replacement.

Please Note: The Replacement Button will be available for 10 days from the date, the product is delivered. Once you click on the replacement, our delivery person will come to pick up the damaged product. Once the damaged product is delivered to our warehouse, we will dispatch a new product of the same model to your shipping address which will be delivered to your shipping address within the next 15 days.

No returns or exchange of products are available.
