REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Symphony Limited (hereinafter called as “We”/ “Symphony”/ “Our”/ “us”) aims to provide the best customer experience to our Users/customer (hereinafter called as “you”) beginning from placing an order to initiate a replacement. While transacting on the Symphony’s Website (herein called as website), you can expect a hassle-free experience in replacing the Product that you have ordered and can rely on us as your preferred shopping destination. 

  1. REPLACEMENT
  2. Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:
  3. The product must be purchased by the customer from www.shop.symphonylimited.com (hereinafter called as “Website”). In case the product is purchase from any other e-commerce platform or from any store then for replacement of such product, customer is required to contact at respective e-commerce platform or store.
  4. The customer can raise a replacement request within 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery, if he/she faces any issues with the product delivered.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our The request will, however, be entertained once a Symphony partner has checked and determined the same at its own end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by Symphony.
  1. In case you found that the product received is not as shown on the website or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  2. In case of a replacement, the customer must handover the whole product package with the product, its packaging box, tags, labels and its accessories in intact condition to our logistic partner in accordance with our Any failure by the customer to do so will result in cancellation of replacement.
  1. A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
    1. Customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a product.
    2. Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user. 
  1. RETURN/CANCELLATION
  2. Return and Refund of Order is available only in following circumstances:
    1. Customer raises cancellation request before an order is dispatched. If an order is prepaid, customer will get refund of amount paid within 7-8 business days in the original mode of the payment.
    2. Customer refuses the delivery at the doorstep. In that case if an order is prepaid, customer will get refund of amount paid within 7-8 business days, from the date product reach back to its origin, in the original mode of the payment.

 

Please see that in no other circumstances returns will be entertained and hence no refunds shall be applicable in any other case except specified above.

 

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:

  1. You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully prior to the shipment is “Picked Up” by our Logistics partner. Orders cannot be cancelled once the package is “Shipped”. You can track your order under ‘My Order’ section of your account on our Website or via link send to your registered email id.
  2. In case you change your mind in relation to a particular order of the Product(s), you may cancel the placed order on Platform under “My Orders” section of your account. However, no cancellation requests shall be valid once the product is “Picked up” by our Logistics partner.
  3. On receipt of the cancellation request, we will attempt to cancel the order/shipments as long as it is not “Picked up”. You will receive an email as soon as the cancellation is accepted, and the amount paid towards the partial/full order will be refunded to you within 7-8 (seven to eight) business days from the date of acceptance of cancellation request. The amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase.
  4. Product Pricing
  5. Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
  6. Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
  7. All prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the banks applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or concerned institution that issued your card or payment instrument.
  8. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time the order is placed on the Website.
  9. Our products are liable for GST (Goods & Services Tax) in India and all prices listed on the site are inclusive of GST.

  2. Transactions on the website are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with the Website is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that it follows the best security practices adopted by major online vendors where all payments are processed in real-time for your security and immediate peace of mind.
  3. Credit card and Debit card information is not stored by us and is not taken by us. This information is taken directly by the payment gateway provided who is authorised and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with.

  1. Out of Stock situations

Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2(two)business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.

  1. Delivery of products
  2. Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 7 -10 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
  3. Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
  4. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

 

  1. Delivery Charges
    1. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size (if any), volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges will be given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making the purchase/payment.
