Customers can buy symphony products online on 'shop.symphonylimited.com'

Can I place an order through my mobile device?

Yes. The portal 'shop.symphonylimited.com' cab be accessed with mobile device. The customer can place order through mobile also. 

Can I place an order on WhatsApp??

Yes. The customer can call directly to the communicate to WhatsApp Bot for placing an order by texting on WhatsApp number XXXXXXXXXX

How will I get order confirmation?

On receipt of the authorized order, the customer will receive SMS / Email confirmation of the order on the registered Email id/Phone number.

Shipping and Delivery


Would I be notified before delivery?

Yes. The customer will get call / sms from the call centre / courier party before the delivery.

Does Symphony provide delivery to my address?

Yes. All orders placed on shop.symphonylimited.com will be delivered at the address mentioned while placing the order. 

What is the estimated time for delivery?

All orders are shipped within 2-3 working days. The delivery make take 4-5 working days depending upon the delivery location.

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

Sorry you cannot change the delivery address once you place your order.

What are the shipping charges I have to pay?

At present we offer FREE SHIPPING on all the orders.

How do I connect in case my order didn’t deliver?

How Do I replace a product ordered on Symphony Website?

We offer 10 days hassle free replacements.Kindly create a replacement request from my orders tab in my account or call our customer care at 9510976161.

Can I pay through online banking / Credit-Debit Card /Cash on Delivery / UPI?

Yes. Customer can pay through all listed options on the website 'shop.symphonylimited.com'

Will I get payment confirmation of Prepaid Order?

No. The customer will not get any confirmation from Symphony website. However, customers can follow their bank confirmation. However customer can view payment mode COD/Prepaid in my orders section of my account on symphony website.

Is EMI Option Available for Payment?

Yes.At present EMI option is available through the selected credit/debit cards   and Bajaj Finserv No Cost EMI. Customers can choose prepaid option while checkout and select the No Cost EMI on payment gateway page.

What is a discount coupon / discount voucher?

Discount coupon / voucher is a code of fixed amount or % of order amount. Customer will get stated discount while checkout by using this code.

What is a gift coupon / gift voucher?

Gift coupon / gift voucher is a code of fixed amount. Customer can use this coupon / voucher as payment mode.

How will I get to know about ongoing offers and promotions?

Customer can visit offers page on our website shop.symphonylimited.com, to know about the available offers. Alternatively you can get updates on recent offers by following us on our Facebook, Instagram , Twitter pages.

What to do in case my promo code isn’t applied?

In that case customer can contact our Live Chat on website, our Chat Bot / Agent will suggest next course of action.
