How can I cancel my order?
You have the option to cancel your order before it is invoiced. To cancel the order, log into MY ACCOUNT > MY ORDERS > CANCEL ORDER and cancel the desired order. If the order has already been packed and/or dispatched, the cancellation option is not available.
When and Where will I receive my refund?
We will take 48 hours to process the refund once the shipment is picked up from your doorstep or cancellation is accepted. The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used by you, it generally takes 3-4 working days. The said timelines is subject to differ or extension depending upon the original mode of payment used by you.
How can I get refund for the EMI transaction?
In case of refund, though the amount is credited back to the customer's card, the EMI closure will happen only after customer communicates the same to the bank. Customer will need to specifically communicate to the banks its intent of EMI loan closure. Also if customer fails to communicate the same to bank, the interest amount that bank will keep levying will be borne by the customer. For closure or any other charges, if any which are levied by the customer's bank, will be borne by the customer.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Modification is not allowed once the order is confirmed. If you wish to make any changes to the order, you need to cancel the previous order and place a Fresh order with updated details.
How to track My Order ?
An email and an SMS with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours from the order placed. You can also track your order from MY ACCOUNT > TRACK MY ORDER
What if my order is Delayed?
In case your order is delayed, you can call on our Customer support number 9510976161, Our Customer Support team will suggest the next course of action.
What if the Air Cooler delivered to me is in Unsealed/Damaged condition?
If you receive a shipment in unsealed or tampered condition, we recommend:
1. If you are yet to collect the order, kindly do not accept the order and a refund will be issued in your original mode of payment.
2. If the order has already been collected, you can place a return request by Logging into MY ACCOUNT > MY ORDER > CANCEL/RETURN for the product which are within the return window* and submit your request with the required proof of broken or tampered shipment.

How to use Air Cooler?
How do an Air coolers work?
Symphony’s Evaporative Air Coolers are built with three main components. A fan, water circulating pump system, and honeycomb padding for effective cooling. This 3/5-speed fan absorbs warm air. Then evaporation converts the moisture into water vapor and cools it down. A more humid air then flows out from the other side. It is important to ventilate while using an evaporative air cooler. Simply open a window or keep the door open to eliminate over-humidity and allow the circulation of fresh air. Also, honeycomb padding may have some distinct odor when used first, but it will slowly dissipate in a few hours.
How is an air cooler different from a standard fan?
Standard fans use their blades to circulate air in the room, but they don’t cool the hot air. Air coolers use the natural process of evaporation to cool the hot air and use a powerful fan to distribute cool air in the entire room. When water transforms into water vapor through evaporation, the temperate of hot dry air can drop significantly.
Can I use an air cooler while running the central air conditioner?
An evaporative air cooler can minimize the need of solely depending on central air conditioners to cool your home. They help to circulate air all around the room while boosting the AC’s cooling action. Less air conditioning means more cost savings. Air coolers also help to add moisture to the over-dried air caused due to air conditioning. Evaporative air coolers act as a humidifier in winters
Air Cooler not cooling effectively, what should I DO?
Before using the Air Cooler, make sure your room has thorough Air Circulation and windows are kept open for maximum air ventilation. Kindly make sure to fill the water tank up to the mark and turn ON the Pump for at least 5-10 minutes before using to allow the cooling pads to get wet. Try using the cooler with COLD/ICE WATER for better cooling efficiency.
How to drain the water from the cooler?
A drainage knob is provided at the bottom of the Air Cooler, You need to Pull Out the knob to release the water.
