You have the option to cancel your order before it is invoiced. To cancel the order, log into MY ACCOUNT>>MY ORDERS>>CANCEL ORDER and cancel the desired order. If the order has already been packed and/or dispatched, the cancellation option is not available.
We will take 48 hours to process the refund once the shipment is picked up from your doorstep or cancellation is accepted. The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used by you, it generally takes 3-4 working days. The said timelines is subject to differ or extension depending upon the original mode of payment used by you.
In case of refund, though the amount is credited back to the customer's card, the EMI closure will happen only after customer communicates the same to the bank. Customer will need to specifically communicate to the banks its intent of EMI loan closure. Also if customer fails to communicate the same to bank, the interest amount that bank will keep levying will be borne by the customer. For closure or any other charges, if any which are levied by the customer's bank, will be borne by the customer.
Modification is not allowed once the order is confirmed. If you wish to make any changes to the order, you need to cancel the previous order and place a Fresh order with updated details.
An email and an SMS with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours from the order placed. You can also track your order from MY ACCOUNT >> TRACK MY ORDER.
