To ensure that your damage return claim is processed, we kindly request that you record a 360-degree unboxing video. Please note that we will only accept damage claims if the unboxing video is emailed to wecare@symphonylimited.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Warranty Terms & Service
To avail warranty service you can register your complaint, our service engineer will visit at your doorstep for servicing. Please give a copy of invoice bill to the service engineer for verification.
For Out of Warranty service, charges shall be applied*.
