Express Delivery Terms

Express Delivery- Order Processing and Delivery:

  1. Orders placed before 1PM will be processed and delivered on the same day. For orders placed after 1PM, delivery will be scheduled for the next day.
  2. We are committed to delivering within 24 hours, calculated from the date and time of order placement.
  3. Delivery may be affected on Sundays, national/regional holidays, and due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.
  4. We will make every effort to communicate any expected delays and provide updates regarding the revised delivery schedule.

Return and Refund Eligibility for Express Delivery Orders:

  1. Products can be returned and refunded only if the return request is initiated by the customer within the specified window of 48 Hours from the time of delivery.
  2. To initiate a return request, please provide a 360-degree unboxing video or images of the damaged product and send them to wecare@symphonylimited.com.
  3. Returns are applicable only for products that are dead-on-arrival or damaged.

Refund Process:

  1. Refunds will be issued once the product is returned and accepted and verified for its true contents by the order fulfilment partner completing the product delivery.
