Express Delivery- Order Processing and Delivery:
- Orders placed before 1PM will be processed and delivered on the same day. For orders placed after 1PM, delivery will be scheduled for the next day.
- We are committed to delivering within 24 hours, calculated from the date and time of order placement.
- Delivery may be affected on Sundays, national/regional holidays, and due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.
- We will make every effort to communicate any expected delays and provide updates regarding the revised delivery schedule.
Return and Refund Eligibility for Express Delivery Orders:
- Products can be returned and refunded only if the return request is initiated by the customer within the specified window of 48 Hours from the time of delivery.
- To initiate a return request, please provide a 360-degree unboxing video or images of the damaged product and send them to wecare@symphonylimited.com.
- Returns are applicable only for products that are dead-on-arrival or damaged.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued once the product is returned and accepted and verified for its true contents by the order fulfilment partner completing the product delivery.
